Just finished a live report, followed by a short package. Will be back live during Anderson Cooper 360 tonight. Reprter said first time in history a live broadcast from the ranch.

ah... Manson is giving you a bit of celebrity then.....  Just like he has Emmett.  Speaking of Emmett, I thought I was going to see him today - but so far haven't.  I doubt if he's at Barker's though... he should be up in Big Tujunga Canyon.

I never watch that political stuff... that was more than a lifetimes worth for me...just to see Emmett & Buster & that ranch.  I was screaming to my neighbor who got to meet Emmet the other day - turn on your tv!  And I called my Mom so she could see that "horrible man who knew Manson" that she says I shouldn't be hanging around with ;-)  At least Mom likes to watch the political stuff so she can bitch about it for days on end.....

I also was halfways hoping that Emmett would show up at my door while I was watching him.  But I never saw him today.... oh well.....

Well, now I'm anxious to see what happens today as they said they would announce a decision on the digging.  They also said the Park was going to close the area for 4 days - so that pretty much tells us the shovels will be coming. There are so many possibilities for this - the area is rich in history - it might not even be Manson's doing.  Ancient Indians... old prospector... old prospector's bitchy girlfriend.....more lost Germans......somebody's dog or cat......etc. e
